Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using DeveloperJar websites, APIs and software, you agree to these terms. If you use them on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Accounts

You’re responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse our services: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, and no violating other people’s rights.

Intellectual property

We own our software, documentation and brand. You own your content and code. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our products according to your plan.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of price changes.

Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
